About Me
I'm Rayy — a Change Management and Project Management trainer, consultant, and founder of The Agile Squad, featured in the New York Times.
For over 10 years, I've helped organisations navigate change, improve project delivery, and build capability from the inside out. My experience spans organisations including Jaguar Land Rover, Barclays, HSBC, and the NHS, where I've supported transformation programmes and developed professionals at every level.
I've trained more than 5,000 professionals, maintained a 98% pass rate, and delivered workshops across boardrooms, classrooms, NHS trusts, and virtual environments worldwide. From coaching senior leaders through complex change initiatives to supporting students preparing for their first certification, my focus is always the same: making the complicated feel achievable.
My approach is practical, engaging, and jargon-free. I believe learning should build confidence, create lasting change, and equip people with skills they can use immediately.
